Locating Photographs



Q: How do I find my photograph right after the event?

A: Before the images are posted online (typically within 5-7 days after the event), you can register to be notified when the images become available online. Simply click on the event name, and fill out the form on the event page. The email that we send out will include a link directly to the photos from your event.

Q: How do I find my photograph once the event photographs are available for viewing?

A: Once the photographs are posted online, you can access the photographs by first visiting the event page. Once you are on an event page, images will be broken down into easily viewable galleries categorized by time.

Q: Other event photographers have their images up within 3-4 days of the event. Why does it take Sweat Shots up 7 days to post the images?

A: At Sweat Shots, we pride ourselves on the quality of our images. We employ professional photographers to capture the events, but unlike many other event photography services, we also take the time to edit through each image, ensuring that we maintain consistency and a very high level of quality. While this means it takes longer to post the images, we feel the end results are worth the wait.

Q: Do you have photographs of every participant for every event?

A: Unfortunately, not always. While we do our best to capture quality, identifiable photographs of every participant, the dynamics of event photography make this challenging. As a result, there are always a few participants who manage to sneak by our photographers.



Ordering online



Q: How do I order a photo?

A: Once you find your photo, you can order easily by clicking the check box on the lower left  on the thumbnail-size proof and the “Buy Selected”  button at the top of the page, or by using the drop down menu or “Featured Products” options on the photo page.

Q: How do I add more than one image to my order?

A: To order more than one image, simply click on the "Continue Shopping" button at top of "Shopping Cart" page. This will bring you back to the event photos, from which you can easily add additional products. At any time during the ordering process, you can view your what images you've ordered by clicking on the "Cart" link at the top of every page.

Q: How long will it take once I order to receive my prints?

A: Time to ship each order depends on the products ordered. Prints typically ship out in 3-4 business days. All other products typically ship out in 2-3 weeks.

Q: How long will it take before my image(s) are available for download?

A: Each order is reviewed individually for quality. This process may take up to 24-48 hours. You will receive an e-mail with a link to download your image(s) when they become available.
 


Image Processing



Q: How will the photograph be cropped for enlargements?

A: As photographs are enlarged, the height/width ratio changes, so the print you receive may require cropping from the pictures' edges. Sweat Shots addresses each image individually during the order process to determine the best manner to crop images to preserve the shot's appearance.

Q: How do I obtain permission to use photos for editorial or advertising purposes?

A: All images are copyright protected by Sweat Shots You must have written permission to publish any materials created by Sweat Shots. Please contact us for your specific requirements.

Q: How do I use my coupon or gift certificate discount code?

A: If you have a coupon or gift certificate code, simply enter that information into the "Coupon Code" box at check out and the discount will be applied immediately.
